1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a cleaning service, using our website, or contacting Swyft Cleans ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Swyft Cleans provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the North Charleston and Greater Charleston, SC area. Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via our contact form. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from Swyft Cleans.
We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Invoices not paid within 7 days of the service date may incur a late fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. The re-clean must be requested within 24 hours and is subject to team availability.
7. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, a lockout fee may apply.
8. Valuables and Fragile Items
Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable objects before your cleaning. We take great care, but Swyft Cleans is not responsible for pre-existing damage or breakage of items not disclosed prior to service.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry liability insurance — contact us for verification.
10. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any hazardous conditions, pets, or health concerns before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service in conditions that pose a risk to the safety of our staff.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Swyft Cleans and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. SMS Program Description
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Swyft Cleans, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
This SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

15. Carrier Liability
Swyft Cleans is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's coverage and network availability.
